Really good service in Istanbul

The staff's genuine care. Our suite offered amazing views, and the pool was a hit with the kids!

While everything else was fantastic, the breakfast area felt crowded during peak hours, which sometimes made enjoying our meal a bit challenging.

Here's my point of view

What an really good two-week experience! The staff were the stars, consistently going above and beyond. From delicious traditional breakfasts to the relaxing sauna, everything was fantastic. The kids loved the pool, and the service was unmatched. We returned daily to clean rooms and fresh linens. A hidden gem worth every moment!

The breakfast here was a good mix of local flavors that tickled my taste buds, a highlight to start the day! Plus, the spacious Beautiful Suite offered amazing views.

Unfortunately, the room wasn't up to par-the carpet was a bit grimy and the shower handle was broken. The advertised spa was more of a dungeon experience, quirky but not quite relaxing.

Blue vista hotel & spa was a great choice! The staff was super friendly and helpful. My beautiful suite was a two-bedroom apartment with amazing views. The location felt calm, yet it was close to the metro and bus stations. Breakfast was excellent, and the pool area was lovely too!

Family with children cozy escape

The staff here are great! They genuinely care about the guests. One morning, they noticed my kids were struggling with breakfast options and offered to make special pancakes for them! And the view from the room? Absolutely fine.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for the experience, it was acceptable.

The room was spacious, with amazing views, made every morning special. The staff proved to be attentive, always ready to help. I loved the breakfast. Local flavors offered a great start to the day. I faced issues with cleaning services. My room wasn't cleaned at all . Some facilities felt unmaintained-sadly, the promised spa did not meet my expectations, feeling more like a basic setup. Despite the beautiful surroundings, those issues were quite disappointing and need addressing.

I enjoyed easy walks to nearby attractions like the belgrad forest and the scenic views of the kucukcekmece lake. The staff were friendly, eager to help with any need . The coffee shop nearby could use a few more options for breakfast.
